Our Process

We know that planning a wedding is a stressful time for you, which is why we have a crystal-clear production process in place, so you know exactly what to expect from our first call to the final edit.

Today

You've had a look through our website, and you like what you see, so you decide to fill out our super short booking form. Nice one!

We'd like to get to know you a bit before we pencil in your wedding date, so we'll send you a calendar invitation right away, with a link to join a Discovery Call with us at the date and time you just selected.

Discovery call

We've enjoyed some coffee, had a good old chat, and by the end of our call, you feel like we're the right team for you. At this stage, we send you our detailed Reservation Form.

This is where you'll give us all the details of your day, from the location of your bridal prep & groom prep, right the way through to start times, contact details, and all the important stuff we need to capture - like sparklers at the end of the night or a grand fireworks display.

Once that's been completed, we'll send you our Wedding Film agreement for e-signature, followed by two invoices: One for the deposit, and another for the remaining balance.

Deposit payment

As soon as you've paid your deposit, we block out your wedding date in our calendar. That’s it! We’re all locked in, and there’s nothing else for you to worry about at this stage.

We unfortunately cannot reserve or confirm dates until we have received your signed agreement and deposit payment, but rest assured we've got some slick systems in place to get all the paperwork out the way in a jiffy ✍🏼

1 month before

We'll remind you by email to make your final payment, 30 days before your wedding day ✅

Make sure you add our email address to your contacts or safe sender list, and keep an eye on your spam or junk folders, just in case our emails end up there 🙌🏼

2 weeks before

Two weeks before your big day we'll get back in touch to arrange a pre-wedding call, to finalise all the last-minute details about your day. If you'd rather we speak with your wedding planner instead, that's cool with us.

We'll also speak to your photographer(s) if you have booked one separately, to make sure we're all on the same page with regards to capturing what we need on your special day.

The morning

Depending on timings for the day, we'll likely set up backup cameras and audio recorders at the church or venue where your ceremony is taking place.

One of our videographers will then capture bridal prep, while the other videographer will capture groom prep.

We'll capture footage and audio of your ceremony, followed by any group shots or location shots outside the church or venue.

We'll get a full itinerary from you or your wedding planner beforehand, so we know what's happening when.

The evening

We'll meet you at your reception venue and capture footage around the grounds before you go inside to get the party started!

We'll film all of the speeches and capture the emotion of your family and friends reactions.

Then we'll film the cake-cutting and your first dance, plus some of the party and dancing if the mood is right, before we bid you good night.

After your wedding

You're absolutely over the moon. You've had an incredible time. And if you're anything like us, you're itching to see some of the footage.

Our usual guarantee is a 60-second highlight video within one week, unless you've added 'next-day turnaround' to your package in which case your highlight video would be with you by 5pm the following day.

We send you your highlight video via an online download link, where you can save the video to your computer or smartphone, which we recommend you do for safekeeping.

We'll confirm the turnaround time for the main film, and the speeches cut if you've chosen a package that includes this

Final delivery

Our post production team have worked their magic from the cut to the music and the cinematic colour grading, and your film is ready to share!

We add your final film to the same download link as before, and re-send it to you so you can watch, download and share it to your heart's content.
